This recipes uses one of my very favourite seasonings in the world : Old Bay Seasoning. It’s a very East Coast spice mix ( I was SO happy to have it in New Jersey when we visited) but this Alberta girl has been using it for years already. Mike and I will simply sprinkle Old Bay onto our chicken drumsticks and roast them thusly, with nothing else on it. You could easily do the same with the chicken drumsticks in the Phillips Airfryer as well, if you want a gluten-free option!

It looks like it was missed. If there is indeed 0 g sat fat per serving, it would be helpful if you showed 0 g sat fat.  As it is now, I need to put the whole recipe through WW Recipe Builder to verify the Smart Points value.
Oh, friends! It was so sad! I could only cook four thighs at a time, despite the recipe's idea that you could fit six. (Where do they find these miniature chickens? Why not call for a broiler or a squab?) Two people would need to wait an hour of "fry" time to get more than two pieces each—often a necessity with good fried chicken. Bear in mind I have only used the product once - to fry sausage patties. Frying using three racks really saves a lot of time vs. Skillet frying. I think the unit has a lot of potential that is why I bought it. First thoughts, I wish there were more cooking ideas. Second, forget using an oven mitt. There is not enough room with the mitt to grasp the frying trays. I used a pot holder without any problem. Also removing the drip pan without spilling is slightly tedious. Finally, in frying multiple layers of food ( sausage for example ) remember the grease from the upper levels will simply drip down on the lower levels. Keep that in mind. Otherwise I look forward to do more with this unit.

UPDATED REVIEW: I liked this airfryer out of the box, but after eight months of regular use, I now know I could have done better. This got the job done, but it's just too small if you want to cook more than single servings. The mesh bottom gets filled in with food debris that can't easily be soaked or scrubbed out. After about five months, the plastic exterior of the cooking pan came loose. All that being said, I did like the way this fryer cooked. I decided to go with a 5.8 quart airfryer from another manufacturer (Simple Living) and found myself much more satisfied. Despite the Philips claim that the "starfish" at the bottom of the pan on this fryer makes a difference - I have found it absolutely does not. Not only that, but the other airfryer makes much less noise and has a digital display.
Appears very solidly built. Heats up fast, very quiet. Super easy to clean. Simple controls. Does exactly what I bought it for. The picture is of two Gorton's frozen Grilled Salmon Filets. Turned out flaky, juicy, and nicely browned. I like to re-heat pizza in it, as it doesn't turn out soggy like in the microwave. Quick for heating up fully cooked sausages, as the grease all drips into the bottom pan.

Okay, got my air fryer last night, opened it up, set it up and tried it for breakfast this morning. The included recipe book has instructions for soft and hard boiled eggs (first page). Granted it was for "large" eggs, and I used "extra large" eggs, but followed the directions (ten minutes at 300 degrees), and the eggs were barely cooked. Put them back in and cooked for four more minutes at 350 degrees, still not cooked enough to peel (ruined a second egg trying to peel it). Put them back in for a third time, three more minutes at 300 degrees. Now I am down to four eggs (started with six). Two were cooked enough to peel and say they were "soft boiled" (very soft boiled) eggs. The other two fell apart trying to peel them because they were under cooked. Next batch of six eggs were cooked at 300 degrees for SEVENTEEN minutes (seven more minutes than the directions said), and they got brown spots on the shell, but they were indeed "hard boiled" eggs (barely). My opinion is if one can't even cook a hard boiled egg according to the directions, I don't even want to TRY anything else! The machine is nice, easy to remove the two cooking racks, and the drip tray on the bottom (all coated with non stick surfaces), but it is much smaller than I expected. It does fit on the kitchen counter nicely, and stays cool on the outside while cooking, and it looks nice if one were to leave it out all the time. This machine is NOT FOR ME, and will be returned. “This is a great addition to your kitchen. I do think calling it a ‘fryer’ is a little misleading. I know that all these companies are calling them fryers, but really, this seems more like a countertop convection oven. It does everything your oven does but faster. It won’t heat up your entire house or kitchen, and it uses less energy. However, it also cooks in smaller quantities than your oven. It’s incredibly easy to use and clean. I’ve used it almost every day since I took it out of the box, and I’ve played around with cooking all sorts of different things in it. We are a family of four, and to cook a whole meal in it requires cooking things in shifts. If you’re doing part of a meal in it, it’s perfect, or if you were a couple or single person cooking for yourself, this would be a great alternative to using your big oven. I definitely am glad I purchased this air fryer and will continue to try cooking all sorts of new items in it.”
