We get the Ore-Ida Simply Olive Oil and Sea Salt fries, and they come out with a taste and texture very similar to what you’d get at Wendy’s. “Our friends have been raving about air fryers for the longest time. We were always intrigued, but never went through with the purchase. Well, we finally gave in … If you’re going to eat fried- or crispy-type foods anyway, might as well make it healthier, no? This thing is convenient, quick, easy-to-use! Wished we would have read the reviews before purchasing. When in use it has this burning plastic/rubbery smells up the area and comes out on the food. Its gotten to the point where our kid refuses to eat anything cooked in it. I thought she was just being difficult as most 13 year olds are but yeh, its pretty terrible. Hubby really wanted it and is super disappointed. Its made from cheap plastic and I feel we will die from some disease if we continue to use it. Looking to purchase another one from another company. Do not buy.
Piece of trash. I was so excited to buy this oven, thinking it would be healthier, convenient & faster way to feed our family. The oven on tv isn’t the same version, so we upgraded. Food looked so delicious on tv wrong wrong! I used the rotisserie for a whole chicken but can only have a chicken weighing 4 lbs. To return it you must insure & sent usps or ups $105 later we sent it back. What a rip-off.

The air circulation is system is further divided into two different systems. The first system controls the temperature of the fryer together with internal pressure and called as the exhaust system. This is used to address the hot air in the fryer and also uses a filtering option before finally transferring the air. The next system is a cooling system. In Air Fryer, to control the internal temperature, a cooling fan is used to circulate fresh air from top to bottom. This is why the air fryer never becomes hot even while cooking.
The best air fryers are marketed on their ability to produce an air fried texture to the outside of food that mimics that of deep fried food. While it can definitely get pretty close, there is a specific taste and texture to deep fried food that’s impossible to replicate just with rapid air circulation. It isn’t an extremely distinct difference, but your air fryer food will definitely have a different feeling to it.

The only website where we encountered any customer feedback for the Power Air Fryer Oven was on Amazon, when two reviewers had given the device an average rating of three stars. One (five stars) reported that it delivered great results, cooked without using oil, and worked as well as a traditional oven. Furthermore you don’t get many accessories with this model and the grated basket is the toll you have to hold the food.  Whilst perfect for chips and most solid foods, foods that use marination or are more liquid will seep through the bass.  An easy fix is to use an paper plate or something that is solid to retain the liquid.  If you plan to bake or cook liquids or semi liquid ingredients, it is recommended that you buy the baking pan which comes as a one of the many available accessories.
Not at all happy with this product. The first use for battered shrimp proved to be successul but each use since has been a disaster. It takes 30 minutes to heat to semi crisp a precooked hamburger. Testing the temp, it appears to never reach the set temp. When I called customer service they had no solution but to contact Amazon which I will be doing with a return item request.
