The other night I was going to cook corn dogs and it ran for maybe a minute, or a minute and a half. It shut off and I still cannot get it to work, I called and talked to someone and asked if I could get just the oven, as I didn't need double of everything else. He was very rude and said I had to buy the whole works. I would love to speak to someone from the company. I don't like leaving negative feedback on anything but I will if I don't get a decent answer. It should last longer if they are as good as they say. To say the least, I am not happy!

When I got my Power Air Fryer Oven it was all scratched up. So I Email customer service they send me another one and it's all scratched inside to. So sent that one back. Asked for compensation for the scratches and they gave me 45.00 that's the max amount they will take off any purchase. Once they take that off it's a finale sale. Tried to get compensation for the false advertising and was told no due to the 45.00 they already took off. WHAT A JOKE. I don't like being lied too. I could have kept my first air fryer worked just as good and was cheaper. Bought this thinking it was better and it's not.

to the person that burned their hands use hot pads!! it's not that hard to figure out. it your racks fell then you did not have them in straight because i tried everything i could think of to get mine to fall and the only way it happened was if it was not in the same line as the other side then it fell.
