I ordered the Power Air Fryer Oven on 12-26-17 and it was delivered 1-16-18. Took a long time because of a back order. I used it once and the second time we tried to use it the fan would not blow air. So we packed it up and mailed it back on 1-19-18. I have called twice to find out if our package was received and got no answers just told to call back. We paid for this in full and now we have nothing! This is very upsetting that I can't get any answer and we are out $171.00 with no oven to use.

Wished we would have read the reviews before purchasing. When in use it has this burning plastic/rubbery smells up the area and comes out on the food. Its gotten to the point where our kid refuses to eat anything cooked in it. I thought she was just being difficult as most 13 year olds are but yeh, its pretty terrible. Hubby really wanted it and is super disappointed. Its made from cheap plastic and I feel we will die from some disease if we continue to use it. Looking to purchase another one from another company. My ultimate goal was General Tso’s chicken, a dish that involves deep-frying the meat in a wok, pouring off the hot oil, then reusing the wok to make a lusty sauce to enrobe the chicken. The air fryer liberated me from the initial frying, and cleanup was much easier than deep-frying—wiping down the oven was a remarkable breeze.
