Wings can be make easily in any air fryer simply by tossing dried wings in potato starch flour, spritzing with oil ( you can omit this if you want ) and cooking on the chicken setting. I will shake the basket every 10min. In the oven I believe you are supposed to rotate the racks every 10 min. I also do wings by taking damp wings and shaking them in a bag with seasoned coating like you would find in the store. This method will give you a bit more of a breading. Wings take approx 25 to 30 min to cook. I just keep an eye on them. You can tell when they are done. I like sauced wings so will take my wings, coat with sauce of choice and then put them under the broiler for about 4 minutes to set the sauce. If making buffalo style I don’t put those under the broiler I just toss in the sauce. Hope this helps. Ps, I get my potato starch flour on Amazon. It lasts a long time.

I have recently purchased the Sarki air fryer and put my wings is the bottom pan with the stirring blade in motion. They come out somewhat crispy and they are pretty darn good for not being oil fried. But the really big payoff for me is the reduction of calories.
My husband and I are recently empty nesters and the air fryer idea came to me to help me reduce the amount of food I'm used to preparing for our family. You can only stuck so much in there, right?
Our favorite thing I make in it is chicken tacos. I take a pack of boneless skinless chicken thighs, cut it into bite sized pieces, and put the chicken in a bag with any brand taco seasoning, and also a package of guacamole mix (dry seasoning), about 3/4 of an onion, and some jalapeno chopped up, then adding a small amount of oil just enough to get all the ingredients to blend nicely together. Then I just let that sit in bag inthe fridge all day.
When I'm ready to cook supper, I spray my pan with a little Crisco, pour the prepared chicken yumminess into the bottom pan with the spinner blade (it turns the food the entire time it's cooking so it cooks uniformly) press a few buttons (350-375°) and in about 15 minutes, I've got delicious taco meat ready for a tortilla or shell. Tacos aren't just for Tuesday anymore 😉

Size. If you are single and live in a tiny minimalist apartment in Manhattan, you may not want to purchase a large air fryer unit that’s too bulky to fit in the storage closet. On the other hand, a larger unit will have a larger food capacity. Thus, instead of cooking only one food ingredient at a time, you can cook 2 or more ingredients simultaneously and save time.

You get many extras with this unit, including a baking pan and muffin cups so you can make desserts in addition to snacks and meats. There are also additional racks to facilitate roasting and grilling. Since the Brio is much more compact than your oven, and most toaster ovens, it can do all of these tasks very quickly, albeit in limited quantities.

The racks are great because you can cook on up to 5 racks at a time. Foods that are battered stick no matter what you do. The manufacturers suggest you spray racks with olive oil, canola oil, PAM, etc. I have done that and they still stick. If you just cook without batter, it still sticks. I recently cooked some French Bread Pizza and I couldn't get it to cook without overcooking it. Definitely do not use the box's time, it'll be burnt to a crisp. I wouldn't suggest buying this item. Also, if you want to cook rotisserie chicken, you can only use a 4 lb chicken. This is also a small unit that I bought, so it limits the size of chickens, etc.

T-fal may not be as well-known as the likes of Philips or Black and Decker, but the ActiFry has a lot to offer -- namely the fact that it solves the issue of flipping over your food with a built-in paddle that slowly rotates the food while it cooks. That can be pretty hand -- it means you can set your air fryer and then forget about the food until it’s literally ready to eat.
What is the sat fat in this recipe? To correctly calculate the Smart Points the saturated fat grams are necessary.  You do not show 0 g for sat fat (as you do in some other recipes) but there are several types of cheese & oil in the recipe. It looks like it was missed. Wished we would have read the reviews before purchasing. When in use it has this burning plastic/rubbery smells up the area and comes out on the food. Its gotten to the point where our kid refuses to eat anything cooked in it. I thought she was just being difficult as most 13 year olds are but yeh, its pretty terrible.
